This policy explains how MRBCC Custom Decks uses cookies and browser storage for website measurement and the optional chat assistant.

Chat and Browser Storage

The optional AI assistant uses this browser tab's session storage to remember the conversation, unsent contact details, whether you closed the panel, and the greeting timer as you follow site links. The chat does not set an advertising cookie. Refreshing starts a new chat, and Clear conversation removes the current conversation and unsent details. Saved chat state expires after eight hours; browser restoration may preserve session storage. Blocking storage may prevent chat continuity between pages, but you can still use the site and direct contact links.

Messages you send are processed by OpenAI through MRBCC's chat service. Contact requests you choose to submit are processed by Web3Forms. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Current Cookie Use

BuildYoDeck.com is built as a static website and uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and page engagement. Google Analytics may set or read analytics cookies and similar identifiers in a visitor's browser. MRBCC does not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies through the public site.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics helps MRBCC understand which pages are visited, how visitors find the website, approximate location at a city or regional level, device and browser information, and general engagement trends. Essential Technical Data

Hosting providers, browsers, security tools, and internet infrastructure may process standard technical data needed to deliver the website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, and time of visit. This technical data is separate from optional marketing cookies.

Contact Form

The contact form sends submitted information through Web3Forms so the message can be delivered to MRBCC. The form is used for project inquiries. After a successful submission, Google Analytics may record a quote-request or career-inquiry event. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and message text are not included in that event.

Third-Party Services

Fonts are hosted with this website. The site uses third-party form delivery services. Those providers may receive technical request data according to their own policies. The site also loads Google Analytics for measurement and OpenAI for replies to messages sent through the chat assistant. If MRBCC later adds advertising pixels, embedded maps, scheduling tools, or remarketing, this policy should be updated before launch.

Managing Cookies

Visitors can control cookies through their browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some websites, but the MRBCC website is designed to remain usable if analytics cookies are limited or blocked.
